Mixing is the action of combining three different ingredients along with blue clay. At the beginning of the game, users will have to test many different recipes before they find successful ones, though they are encouraged to share correct recipes with the community once they find them.
When mixing a recipe, your blue clay with always be burned, even if the recipe is unsuccessful. However, your other 3 ingredients will only be burned if your recipe is successful.
Potions are complex ingredients created by combining 3 different ingredients together. There are three levels of potions: Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7. Each level corresponds to the number of total ingredients that were used to create the potion. So:
- A level 3 potion (🍶) is created by combining three ingredients📦+🫙+🥡 = 🍶
- A level 5 potion (⚗️) is created by combining a level 3 potion with two different ingredients🍶+ 📦+🫙 = ⚗️
- A level 7 potion (🧪) is created by combining a level 5 potion with two different ingredients⚗️ + 📦 + 🥡 = 🧪
Access crystals are like presale tickets to mint your Smurf NFT before the main auction event. You can create access crystals by mixing different ingredients and potions together. Most successful recipes will result in creating potions, but some recipes will create both a potion and an access crystal.
Acronym for Profile Picture. This is the common term used for NFT collections that are designed to be used as profile pictures on Web2 and Web3 platforms.
Most PF collections are comprised of different combinations of "traits," like accessories, colors, facial expressions, etc. that have varying degrees of rarity. The rarer the traits of each unique NFT, the more valuable it usually is.
Burning an NFT is the equivalent of destroying it. The burned NFT is sent to an unaccessible crypto wallet effectively removing it from circulation.
There could be several reasons to burn NFTs, but the most common in the case of gaming and PFP collections is when you combine NFT elements to create a new NFT.
Minting an NFT is the process of publishing it as a unique digital asset on a blockchain. Once minted, an NFT can be bought, sold, and traded.
The cost to mint an NFT depends on the price the seller sets. NFTs can be free to mint, or they can require payment in a currency linked to the particular blockchain it will be published on.
